- How often can I update my website?
Depending upon the package you sign up for, you can update your website at any time you like. There may be a $25 fee applied to each change made on your site. Contact your dedicated website manager for a quote.
- After I sell my product/service online, what do I have to?
Within 24 hours, you will be notified of the product sold by either fax, email or phone.
When you receive the shipping information, you will then provide the packaging & labor of sending the package to your customer. The price you give your dedicated website manager will have the price of the product, shipping, packaging and handling built into it.
- When will I see the money sold online?
After your billing cycle (usually the last day of the month), you will be sent a check. The check will include only the past products/services sold in the last cycle.
- Can I upgrade my services in the middle of the month?
Yes you may. Just inform your dedicated website manager & you will be prorated for the rest of the month.
- How long will it take to get my site online & selling products?
Usually within 24 hours, you will have your website to view. If you are also selling products, expect to begin selling them within a week.
- Can I change the products I am selling?
Of course you can. Depending upon the package you sign up for, you may be required to pay a $25 fee per product.
