As a Stager I will help a client connect with your home.  An empty home won’t engage a client because the average person can’t imagine how to transform empty rooms.  Statistically only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home.  A seller’s biggest challenge is looking at their house objectively.  If you can’t see objectively, then you can’t package effectively. 

Staging turns your lived-in home into a model house.  I will bring a room to life and let the client visualize their dreams in a new home.  Staging speaks to a client’s emotion; from curb appeal to envisioning candlelight dinners-for-two in the dining room.   

CNN Money writes, “there is only one way to maximize your investment that can, a) be done in just a few days; b) can cost less than a plane ticket, and c) won’t involve copious amount of dust and contractor bills.  CNN Money further states that “it’s getting more and more popular as the housing market cools and sellers try to set their homes apart.”

Having staged a home in Santa Fe, where it sold in four days (unheard of in today’s market); the real estate agent was recruited to sell another house on the same block.  Of course, a spontaneous sell didn’t happen for the other house and the owners asked why.  The agent's quick response was, “Did you see how fabulous that house showed?”  This true story makes an impressive testament for Rooms Reinvented.

Home staging occupied (8 hours):  $600.00

Home staging vacant:  $500.00*
